Complaints
If you are dissatisifed with our service, in the first instance talk to your advocate or the advocacy manager. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please write to the advocacy manager. All complaints will be carefully listened to and thoroughly investigated.

ACCESS TO LINGLEY HOUSE:
By car: is along a short private road owned by Castacrete.
By foot: it is not ideal for pedestrians using the private road as forklifts trucks operate in the locality. Please contact a member of staff at the office who can arrange transport onto and off of the premises.
