Medway & Swale Advocacy Partnerships is managed and monitored by a committee. Members of the committee have varying experience and backgrounds The committee meet regularly to review the Charity's activities including:

Finance, Health & Safety, Staff training and recruitment & volunteer recruitment.

Members of the committee undergo training and refresher training where required.

At the December 2009 AGM a new member, Sharon Guile, was voted onto the committee. Sharon joins the existing team of: Mrs Chris Watson (Chair) Sue Hannant (Vice Chair), Joan Barton, Jim Hancock, David & Patricia Jones and Johm Mitchener (Treasurer).
