Welcome to 'Medway & Swale Advocacy Partnerships'

"speaking up for individuals with mental health problems.

Have you been diagnosed as suffering from depression, or some other mental health problem?

Do you need someone to speak up for you?

Would you like help accessing community care services?

Perhaps you could do with someone to help you with the benefit system, family law, employment or housing agencies?

Or someone to go with you to appointments?   * see below

These and many more problems such as housing or employment issues are just some of the things we can help you with.

Advocacy can help the needs of the whole person. We provide a confidential service and would not do anything unless you ask us to.

 You are in control.

Medway and Swale Advocacy Partnerships (MSAP), is committed to multi-agency work and can help you by accessing specialist services.

 We are an independent organisation.

We are not part of Health or Social Services (although we are funded by K.C.C. Medway PCT & Medway Council.)

We provide advocacy to help you - mostly on a one to one basis.

Medway  Swale Avocacy Partnerships is located in Chatham in the Medway Town and has been speaking up for individuals with mental health problems since1995.

We aim to promote the rights of people with mental health problems who are living in the Medway Towns and the Swale area.

We are a Registered Charity (No. 1048536) and our service is free.

Appointments can be made at our offices or at locations convenient to our clients.

* visits to appointments depends on the availability of volunteers.
